This Specialty Carving Edge Grain Butcher Block Carving Board has Finger Slots for easy carrying, a Juice Groove and a Pyramid Style Carving Block, excellent for preparing a variety of meats and other foods. Our Standard Butcher Block Carving Boards have square corners and a 1/8" radius on all edges, and are pre-treated with the standard option of Mineral Oil, or a plant based oil (Fractionated Coconut Oil), or our Tried and True Salad Bowl Finish. Upon receiving your order, it is recommended that you wipe the board with a damp cloth, then apply another coat of Hardwood Lumber Company Butcher Block Oil or Butcher Block Conditioner, before using the your Carving Board for the first time. You can also order your Cutting Board to be shipped unfinished, if you prefer to not have your Carving Boards sealed with Mineral Oil. Hardwood Lumber Company Butcher Block Carving Boards are of the best quality Wood Carving Boards available. 

A water-resistant glue is used for all our Edge Grain Butcher Block Carving Boards.

Most of our woodworkers are craftsmen from the local Amish community, providing great attention to quality and detail at every step throughout the manufacturing process.  

Because each piece of wood has its own unique character, grain and color will vary from the sample images shown.

All orders revised or cancelled after going into production (within 24 hours after order is received) will have a restocking fee of up to 50%.
