Shipping & Returns

Small butcher block countertop, butcher block cutting board, and stair tread orders will be shipped via UPS or FED-EX. On larger orders we use a variety of different freight companies which we choose depending on the size of the order and the ship to address.

We take great care when packaging your order. In the unlikely event that there is any damage during shipment and it is visible when you receive your order, please note this on your shipping receipt and have the delivery driver sign it.

If there are any defective items, we will replace them in a timely manner, with shipping at our expense. Please notify us within seven days. Since most of our orders are custom made, stock order returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please email us immediately if that is the case.

In most cases your order will be made and shipped in 2 to 3 weeks, often sooner. For very large orders, extra time may be needed. If that is the case we will get your approval before the order is processed.

Shipping charges only valid to Continental U.S., excluding Alaska and Hawaii. If you order from another location, you will be invoiced via email for additional shipping charges. If you find the additional shipping charges unacceptable, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be fully refunded.
