Shipping
- Additional shipping costs apply.
- Small orders for butcher block countertops, butcher block cutting boards, and stair treads are shipped using UPS or Fed Ex.
- Large orders are shipped via commercial truck. For this type of shipping we use various companies, and we will offer you the best option based on service, price, and your location. Please note: Additional charges may apply for shipping to a residential address.
- We offer a white-glove delivery service. This service delivers your product(s) right into your home. Packaging is also removed. If you are interested in this service, please call us for more information
Lead Times
- Butcher block countertops and cutting boards usually ship within 10 buisness days from the time the order is placed.
- Stair tread and riser orders usually ship within 5-10 business days and sometimes sooner, depending on the size of the order.
- On very large butcher block countertop or stair tread orders, additional lead time may be needed.
Returns
- All of our butcher block countertops and butcher block cutting boards are made-to-order and are not returnable.
- In-stock stair treads are returnable, but are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please note: stair treads with a return are not returnable.
Damages During Transit
- We take great care when packaging your order. In the unlikely event there is any damage during shipment, it is imperative to record any visible damage on your shipping receipt and have the delivery driver sign it. Please notify us promptly and we will replace your order in a timely manner, free of charge.
