Ordering Shipping Shipping Costs are not included in the product cost. We ship orders via UPS. The maximum length of any item may not exceed 108 inches. There are also other restrictions. We also use several freight companies that deliver our larger orders. Shipping to a residential address is available at an additional charge. Payment We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you prefer to pay by check, we require prepayment of your order. We will ship your order only after your check clears. Placing an order We can quote approximate delivery charges via email, or over the telephone. At this time, we prefer to take your order over the telephone. We can accept orders via fax. Be sure to include quantities, complete item #'s, delivery address, payment information as well as a telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order.
