- Shipping Costs are not included in the product cost.
- We ship orders via UPS. - Orders totaling over 200 pounds qualify for UPS hundred weight discount pricing. The maximum length of any item may not exceed 108 inches. There are also other restrictions.
- We also use several freight companies that deliver our larger orders.
- Shipping to a residential address is available at an additional charge
Payment -
- We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
- If you prefer to pay by check, we require prepayment of your order. We will ship your order only after your check clears.
- We can offer a 'net 30' credit account for customers that spend over $1,000 per order. Just ask for a credit application.
Placing an order -
- We can quote approximate delivery charges via email, or over the telephone.
- At this time, we prefer to take your order over the telephone.
- We can accept orders via fax. Be sure to include quantities, complete item #'s, delivery address, payment information as well as a telephone number in case we have questions regarding your order.
- Our hours of operation are: Monday to Friday 8am - 4:30pm eastern time.
